Nice office and managers. Good customers, just need more. Good benefits, and ok PTO.

Small company, so nearly zero opportunity for advancement and they do not really give raises - low pay, but rely on quarterly bonus that new employees are not eligible to receive for a whole year, then you get them after that. Two year non-compete for ops, is a long time. PTO is good, but they do not pay any built up PTO when you leave, it's just lost.

Location is good, near transit. mall, and restaurants.

Managers/Owners do not have integrity. They sound good in an interview but they do not honor their word. No raises is accurate as others noted, and bonus can be held if owners choose. Not consistent application of company policy. If you are one of the favorites then you can do anything, the rest of us are not lucky that way. I would only make this a short term stop, or keep looking. Not a career building company for most employees.
