      Pros

      The company culture is great. The training is thorough. Not a difficult job, and good money if you work hard.

      Cons

      Days out of the office are physically and mentally draining. They have you driving extremely far distances with no gas compensation. Those who are meeting expectations for sales only do because they work on their days off and commit to 60-70 hours a week. Expect to have no life and no weekends free, because they won't give you your time off either.

      Pros

      Opportunity for uncapped commissions. Hands on training and a focus on personal development.

      Cons

      Longer than expected hours, Not very transparent compensation structure. Cult like environment in which you are expected to spend most of your time with team members. MLM structure which can be exploitative of employees' time. Little to no work life balance.
