Pros
Employees always come first in our Huntsville office and our VP in Huntsville is the only person I would ever want to work for. He's smart, ethical, and truly cares about his employees.
Cons
The finance and accounting department in VA has a lot of turnover. It makes it difficult for other employees to do our jobs to the best of our ability when we don't know who our POC's are, and the employees in F&A in VA are always relatively new and still learning the processes.
