Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you think. I'm glad you have had a great experience and you see that our co-workers are committed to taking care of each other. We can't help much with the commute yet (maybe we can get a deal on Vahana). As a recruiter, working for a company that really cares about co-workers is very rewarding. In meetings our leaders are always talking about taking care of people, doing the right things, and staying true to what makes MTSI a great place to work. As you probably know, these are traditions going back to Phil and Tom, not new ideas.
