Pros
MTSI truly believes and lives up to its first core value: "Employees Come First." The employee ownership model ensures we take care of each other first to allow us to deliver excellent support to our customers. This is the best company I've ever worked for with amazing people, fantastic benefits, and challenging/important work.
Cons
Some growing pains as we transition from a small to medium/large business, but management seems to be on top of it!
