Pros
The people are great and helpful. The experience you get here is valuable, if you take it somewhere else.
Cons
Unless you're unemployed, or hate your current job so much you'd rather be unemployed, don't work here.
To start, the pay is below average and benefits are mediocre. The company generally cheap, you get used equipment(previously owned by employees who quit) and it takes IT days to weeks to set up your desk.
The way things are done is very inefficient, management only cares about the efficiency of their office space. They listen, but won't do anything.
