      Pros

      Joined in Covid, so it was 100% remote. Manager was based out in Australia, so, it was really great and learned a lot. No pressure for RTO and great managers

      Cons

      A lot of workload and was managing almost everything No promotion in 2 years and very less increment despite being the top performer
