Appreciate the leadership provided by Steve Cummings and the environment of growth and inclusion. Having extensive corporate experience (consulting firms), I've found work/life integration better here and also feel truly valued as an employee . Every day it's something new...for instance last week in the U.S., it was announced that maternity and adoption leave will be paid for 16 weeks.
Cons
The pace of change could be unsettling to some. Personally, I like the excitement that comes with the growth and evolution we are going through. I had never worked for a Japanese-owned company so that took some getting used to as there are some differences from a cultural standpoint -- not bad, just different, so if you aren't used to that there is a learning curve.
