      Too burocratic, too conservative and too much of a "mate" culture. Not too supportive of female promotions. strong Japanese flavour.

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
