Pros
Great potential to grow business with healthy balance sheet. Relatively competitive compensation to attract talents from other commercial/investment bank. Well structured organization.
Cons
Decision making process is really slow. Head office in Japan is too conservative and quite often does not understand the business in US. Seniority seems to play significant role to determine promotion.
