Pros
work itself is not rocket science. training is provided for anyone who needs it. the culture is very relaxed and easy going. the social events are good and generous in providing food and entertainment.
Cons
not much room for growth as they don't want to promote the people that are good at the ground work. they are slow in promotion and salary increase. they are tight on operating budget, so the benefits are not great.
