      Typical company politic in a large organization. Conservative in business development compare to competitiors. It is far from meritocracy. Little to no training and learning opportunity.

      The people I work with are nice and were helpful with me getting started. The compensation is above average for the work I was doing.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be repetitive and there wasn't the most opportunity to grow.
