Pros

The emplyees are supportive, friendly and just a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The leadership in this company is reactive. They are devious in how they handle their support staff and their drivers. they are way behind in technology. Money is not spent to improve working conditions or to improve moral. Money is spent for the glory of the leadership team. HR is not there to be a go between for the support staff and Drivers but only to back up the leadership team. In short this company is more concerned on how "they" look instead of how it truely is.
