It’s a cash grab and the company is so frequently underfunded that senior level positions are often available with salaries that are above market.

Cons

It’s simply a mess. I’m not prone to ripping an employer, but from the onboarding process to the lack of resources available to the focus on winning short-term battles at every turn, there’s no cohesive strategy.
