Pros

Benefits, good medical/dental/vision, pension through union

Cons

Management doesn't give a rip about drivers. They allow downtown dispatch (supervisor there treats drivers like 2 year olds and doesn't even know what e is doing) to violate laws regarding taking breaks and lunch at specific times and they run ramshot over the drivers. They pile on riders and expect you to be somewhere within minutes even though it is impossible. They don't care if you have to use your vacation time if you come down with Covid-19 (if you even have vacation hours) and you get dinged if you are too tired to make it to work and have no PTO or sick time available. They even allow new drivers to get away with violations that a seasoned driver will get fired for. If they had their way, there would be no union representation and would get rid of seasoned drivers just so they can pay new drivers less money. The stress level is beyond reasonable.
