Pros

Will hire almost anyone. Paid traing get your cdl class b with endorsements.

Cons

Could take awhile to get a full time schedule. You have to bid on routes at semesters and you can lose your route to someone with more senority and get bumped back to part time. Therefore unreliable schedule and pay. Some optima brakelines freeze and city busses bounce badly. You are expected to drive unsafe equiptment. Starting pay has decreased. Off work anytime school is out.
