Most of your coworkers and customers will be friendly and pleasant. The individual store managers vary but some are excellent managers.
Cons
Low wages, mediocre benefits, rare raises (no scheduled or built in raises) and little opportunity to advance. Regularly asked to go the extra mile with no rewards. No breaks or lunches on Saturdays despite being scheduled to work 7.75 hours.
