      Pros

      Management really cares about it's people. Executives are beyond involved but without becoming a barrier to progress. Truly a team environment that cares about the greater good of the company. Couldn't have been happier than I am in selecting MVM, Inc. as an employer.

      Internal systems don't speak with each other which leads to some manual processes.

      if you like shift work it’s not really a con, but if you don’t like shift work it’s something you should take into consideration.
