Pros

Each quarter they have an employee party. Last party was paintball at Swings-n-Things. We get a monthly employee newsletter that features employee and crew leader of the month - each get cash rewards. Co-workers are great people. In general it's a fun job - good people watching and usually in the heart of all the action - especially downtown. It's a great part-time/weekend job for extra cash.

Cons

Make sure you know how to drive all different types of cars or you'll have a hard time - especially with all the different kinds of manual vehicles.

Pros

Tips can be good at certain locations. Tenure, experience, and overall performance can dictate where you're scheduled. They're always hiring. Quick response to applications.

Cons

The company charges you for your uniform. They take out an "Administrative Tax" on your hourly. (Basically takes away $1/hr from you and goes into the company's account.) They also claim some of your tips on your taxes. My paycheck was 1/2 of what I grossed. You have to run a lot in order to make a good amount of tips.(The average tip is bad because the customer is charged a fee to park.)
