Being small helps people to take ownership but not able to delegate as much of the workload, and need to wear many hats and take on more roles.

- free lunches once a week and very occasional happy hours - some of the co-workers are fun - nice office location - okay place to start if you have little to no IT background

- extreme micromanagement - terrible company culture (management treats the company like its a 500 person company) - they claim open door policy but everyone in management is always behind closed doors - no work life balance (expected to work 45+ hours and sometimes weekends, no OT) - inefficient and broken internal processes makes day to day task painful and manual - very high turn over rate (only a few people have been at the company for 1+ years (people leave or are fired almost every month) - no real benefits (they provide healthcare option but you have to pay for it, no 401k) - no real advancement opportunities
