      Leadership has come a long ways. We have a leadership group that really do care and recognize that we need support and communication. They are constantly bringing in great technology to help us with work life balance.

      Cons

      We hire people that don’t have experience from our industry that don’t care about learning what we do.

      Pros

      Fun and engaging culture with high pace environment. Every day is a new challenge. Training is solid. Company is financially stable in this current climate.

      MW is a great place to work. I do not see anything to call out negative.

      Truly enjoy the daily environment. It's very fast paced and provides daily challenges. Outside the box thinking and problem solving using data driven decisions.

      Working in this industry as long as I have, I don't have any real complaints.
