Pros
The only good thing about this place was the paycheck.
Cons
No proper training for new providers.
They care about quantity, not quality.
They don’t value you as a person.
If you’re not making them enough money, they fire you with no warning.
They don’t pay out your earned vacation time. (I will be asking for this in all future contracts) lesson learned! Bad enough they give you zero notice.
The patient care coordinations have no idea what they’re doing. They’re supposed to be there to make your life easier, instead it’s just the opposite.
I even had one call in a controlled meditation ((that I did not order)) with my DEA number! Did I ever hear back about that???? Nope. No consequences for that person either! Scary!!!
Zero consistency.
They have policies in place, yet they tell you to blatantly disregard them.
Don’t trust anything they say.
They say over & over again how they “care” about patients, well that is a flat out lie. They care about 1 thing—- money.
