The organization feels fragmented, with no clear direction or alignment across teams. Different stakeholders often provide conflicting guidance, creating confusion and inefficiency. Instead of accountability and collaborative problem-solving, there is a noticeable culture of blame-shifting when challenges arise. Overall, the lack of leadership direction, performance accountability, and growth opportunities makes it difficult to see a strong future within the organization.
