Pros
They try and make it a better environment by “feeding” staff but are lacking in actual professionalism.
Cons
I initially had a positive experience with this company. The hybrid work environment provided flexibility and showed trust in employees to manage their responsibilities effectively. Unfortunately, that changed when the company moved to a full-time in-office requirement.
The decision felt disconnected from the realities of different roles within the organization. Comparing office-based employees to field employees, whose job functions require them to be on-site, does not recognize the differences in how work is performed and how productivity is measured.
Over time, I also experienced concerns with leadership and company culture. Communication from management often felt inconsistent, and there were concerns around professionalism, confidentiality, and workplace dynamics. A strong culture requires leaders who model respect, discretion, and accountability.
The company has talented employees who care about their work, but leadership decisions and management practices have impacted morale. I hope the organization takes employee feedback seriously and works toward rebuilding trust.
