Pros

- Flexible working conditions - A lot of personal space - Cool building - Some colleges are pretty good people - Plenty of kitchen space and chill spots

Cons

- Ridden with old practices, workers are told upper management is slow in accepting modern technology tools, but who knows really - Company on the road towards scaling big, but professionalism is still far to be seen - Colleges often too direct and at times just rude - Management can exhibit power-tripping tendencies, even when they say they don't like micro-management - No real respect for constructive ideas, you only get criticism with little regard to logical arguments, in front of the team - Pointing-fingers attitude instead of proactive actions - Pay is lower than standard - Loud talking/laughing in the hallways almost constantly - Flexible working hours, but some departments expect you to work unpaid overtime

Colleagues who bring in new and constructive ideas or suggestions for improvement are always more than welcome at the MYTOYS GROUP. An important point in our corporate culture is: "arguments have right of way". We also want to clarify that we don´t have a finger pointing attitude. Our culture of errors and organizational learning is very established– so that colleagues in general don’t need to be afraid to admit to a mistake.
