Unstable and constantly changing CEO's and managers. Doesn't look out for the little guys and are more interested in covering themselves than helping anyone else Robert Aylward is not the CEO - Nick Yancich is and he is about as bad as they come, for example - lays off almost 50% of the workforce near the holidays and thinks you make money by saving it from downsizing. All I can say is karma!
