Most of the depot managers are good leaders. Most of employees under senior management are good hard working people
Cons
They do not inform you during interview process that they DO NOT give annual raises , that whatever position you are hired for you are pretty much stuck at with same salary unless a COLA is giving. The Senior Management are snakes. They degrade employees on company emails, talk crap about them to fellow coworkers, abuse the power to push lower level employees around. They reap all the high salaries and bonuses and throw scraps to everyone else. Most of the depots themselves are run down facilities, just trashy and unprofessional. Can’t even have customers come visit most because it’s a embarrassment. They do not value there employees what so ever . They believe they can just replace employees like clock work, therefore the high turn over rate. The pay is really no better than working at a production plant . senior management think they know best and never listen to there employees about what it takes to make things happen. Training at Mabey is okay at best. They do have couple employees who love to train new hires and customers but are held back from doing so so senior management can keep cost down so there bonuses are bigger. most employees are hired and thrown into the fire , expected to learn there job on the fly. No wonder there are issues in sales, operations and on job sites.
