Pros
Management cares about the sales team and puts a lot of thought behind training. Renovated building brings in a lot of attention, and marketing campaigns helps the flow of new customers.
Cons
The GM is distant, doesn't seem to express much interest in the sales people. Really only cares about the top performers and doesn't give you the time of day if you aren't selling more than 20 cars per month.
