Poor management communication when it comes to addressing company concerns. It seems like it’s ran by a bunch of children, if you work as an equipment operator in the mines for their AceMackay division, expect last minute changes to schedules being pushed back a week or a couple days To summarize, you have to ask questions because you can’t expect management to reach out. We were working rotations and the day before everyone’s first rotation they had pushed the schedule back a week even though everyone had already rented their hotels and cars for the week, a few people asks for reimbursement but was met with termination, also when you have concerns and bring it up to management; expect a response no sooner then three days later While working for this company, every co worker I had was actively looking for new jobs knowing this company was not stable and has a bad reputation. If you work for them, don’t expect a future make your money but don’t stop looking for opportunities
