- The engineers are the only reason anything works; genuinely sharp, capable people.
- WFH policy is generous and probably the strongest part of the company.
Cons
- Leadership is wildly out of its depth; the current CEO is an F-bomb machine who is more suited to running a construction site as opposed to a technology company.
- Near zero career development - HR is a benefits org, nothing more.
- Internal politics is a feature, not a bug. Sr. Mgt has a 'what have you done (sold) for me lately, as in this week?' mentality that creates a toxic, gotcha environment.
- Benefits are noticeably below industry standards
- Biggest Issue: no real strategy. Sr. Mgt (CEO / CIO) chase the latest shiny Mac platform integration toy, with no long‑term vision or discipline. Disheartening.
