The worst management I've ever experienced. Zero communication with my boss, as in, completely ignored by my passive-aggressive boss. I was not given working materials: computer, phone, platforms for scheduling. No room for growth. I was promised a full time position when I joined and did not get my contract renewed after 6 months with the excuse that they were hiring freelancers. They published my position a day after I was told this and they communicated it to the entire company without having the slightest sensitivity for someone out of a job in the middle of a pandemic. They basically lied to my face. Not being looked after at all. They stole two vacation days from me, didn´t pay them nor let me take them when I wanted to. They are willing to go too far. A completely manipulated human resources manager that will always vouch for the company.
