Pros
Previous trainer/Team leader was very good. He made sure the freshers from Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges were given adequate training and he supported them whenever needed.
Cons
This is a pure sales job,nothing to do with marketing. MBA marketing freshers think 10X before choosing this industry/job role as most of the jobs in this field require you to work in the US shift. Your only job/skill would be cold calling the whole day in the US region,which to be frank tellecallers who are in this industry for more than 5 years are far more better and also will earn more than you as they are comfortable with calling and don't have any other career option because of their limited education, and you will be worried about your job every week.If you are really interested in cold calling,do not have any problem in working in the night shift and can handle pressure every week than you can choose this job/company.
