      Pros

      The people are cool and everyone gets along well

      Cons

      Everything is built on lies. This is just one of many “outsourced direct sales marketing firms” which translates to door to door, 100% commission, 12 hour work days with very little pay. There’s tons of info out there on these marketing scams, but please don’t waste your time. They let a girl move across the country for this, but unfortunately the owners and the employees are victims of the scheme as well. The 5 star reviews are written by people who have bought in to the lies and unfortunately don’t know any better. They’ve been told you can make $100,000 in a year and you just have to work hard and “stick to the systems” but this is all false. I put this out there because I couldn’t find any reviews when I interviewed and ultimately accepted a job here, and I want to save other people from making the same mistake. You will have no life outside of the people you work with (this is by design), you’ll put so many miles just by driving to and from the office and then your region every day, and there are no benefits. You won’t find out the actual parent company you’re working for (Cydcor) until you’re so far in it’s even harder to get out.

      Hi Reviewer, Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We understand that the work we do is challenging and not for everyone. We try to be as upfront as possible about the nature of work that we do. We only handle business accounts for our clients and do not conduct any residential, or door-to-door sales. Our team members strictly handle B2B accounts. Our office hours are M-F, 8 am - 6 pm, so its a pretty normal workday. We're confident in our performance-based compensation structure and we do have team members that earn over $100K annually. We try to plan team events regularly, and attendance is always optional. Unfortunately, we cannot control the distance anyone commutes to the office, as with any company. We do offer weekly incentives and gas card bonuses to cover any travel expenses incurred when visiting business customers on behalf of our clients. We are independently owned and all of our employees are hired at-will and are free to leave at any time. Again, we thank you for the feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

      Pros

      The number one thing that I loved about Mack inspired was how much of a family it felt like when I was there. I still remember from my first week when they took me out for a beer and wings to welcome me to the team. My second favorite thing was how much they helped me build soft skills and my resume that ultimately helped me find my next opportunity. I am forever Grateful

      Cons

      As a newer start up things were of course not perfect. In the time I was there I saw how things changed and improved from a logistical and organizational standpoint.

      Pros

      The training is wonderful! Most marketing and sales jobs require at least a few years of experience. Especially here in the Kansas City area where the market is so over saturated. Mack Inspired offers an entry level position where you can get that training and experience under your belt so that in the future you can move onto other opportunities if you choose. If you love the company, there is a lot of room for growth within Mack itself. They only promote from within and it's 100% performance based. You also have uncapped commission and a base safety net so the potential for money is great.

      Cons

      As many of the other reviews have said, you do stand in Target stores selling ATT. While that's not glamorous, it's definitely not hard work by any means.
