1. Able to gain a lot of experience in various fields
2. Working environment is suitable and coworkers are approachable
Overall a good place to gain plentiful experience but maybe not for long-term careers unless you are entering at a senior level
Cons
1. Career progression is relatively slow despite performance
2. Work-life balance is difficult to maintain
3. Compensation for the amount of work is sometimes not enough (Overwork for mediocre rewards)
4. Not much incentive to work beyond what you're least expected
1. Platform to pick up AutoCAD skills.
2. Able to perform hands-on experiences as the trainee is placed into real world projects. Thus, able to learn a lot.
3. Exposure to site visits and inspections.
