      Very friendly and accepting team that creates a wonderful work environment Good work is noticed and appreciated

      Compensation is not equivalent to work expectations Re-organization is not done with short term and long term goals properly accounted for

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
