Pros

I love the people I work with. My workers are amazingly talented people who I enjoy working with and have a great culture of comradery and support. I have not experienced that at any other company I have worked out.

Cons

Upper management does not advocate for their employees. People are overworked and underpaid. The way they handle issues and complaints is incredibly toxic. Terrible with diversity. White men have a very easy time climbing the ranks while women and minorities are required are told they can't get promoted or better because of seniority.

Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

A lower salary than others in the industry.

Pros

A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

Cons

Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
