      Pros

      Working in the Human Resources department you get a good feel of different aspects of the what each position entails. Co-workers are friendly and respectable.

      Cons

      One of the downsides may be the pay for the interns on an hourly rate, and give more opportunity for growth within the department.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      Pros

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
