Cons
- Holes in management - part of the building is falling a part and honestly a huge work safe risk. They don't want to fix building since they don't want to spend the money. - Have seen management arguing with one another in front of clients and external stakeholders. - Quite dirty - kitchen had cockroach infestation and parts of the office and warehouse had mold and possible asbestos exposure (to be fair, it is an old warehouse). Whenever it rained, part of the office/warehouse would be leaking. - lack of resources. They prefer cheap and free and don't want to spend money on upskilling their workers. If they can, they will tell you to use AI to the entire project. - the company is in the process of moving to India and can see workers being made redundant within the next 2-5 years. - no flexibility or opportunity to grow - 5 days in the office. No opportunity to work from home. - very hard to get a pay rise. - expected to be overworked - Very high turn over rate, 40-60 (lost count) people came and left due to work environment, management or lack of opportunities,
