      Canteen is good value and good food

      Cons

      Long hours expected overtime, constantly rotating shifts. Poor pay. They pay a shift bonus but with travel costs to the middle of nowhere it's no better than min wage.

      Cheap canteen, good friendly department staff

      Cons

      Working Hours get constantly changed, working days get constantly change, made to feel like you have to do more, machinery is all second hand and out dated, no incentives to want to help the company.
