* The hosting executive team is a shining example of Dunning–Kruger effect in action. Not only is the Hosting CEO completely obnoxious he actively misinforms and undermines other staff members to show his perceived superiority. * The politics between departments is crazy, for such a small business 50% of my effort was spent dealing with internal politics. While that is not unusual in the telecommunications industry it is unusual for small organizations. To make matters worse the political rift is clearly visible to customers and reflects in poor customer service and NPS. Given that the staff bonus is NPS related it makes me wonder if the group executive looks at this as a strategic advantage in underpaying the staff that report to him directly or indirectly.
