If you’re not Gen Z white male, this is not the place for you, especially out of the New York office, very few will acknowledge your existence. They’re very clicky and make you feel excluded. Nonexistent onboarding, the HR dept is not helpful. They will side with management and tell you fake nice run around answers when you try to ask for help or have a grievance, Low pay, and they will toss you the second you don’t fit into their unstable business strategy.
