The company does not have a very Dutch mentality. It is very noticeable that this is a Korean company when looking at, work pressure, expected overtime, extreme hierarchy, 9 hour working days, after 6 sick days a year they will pay you only 70%, they make you check in and out for lunchtimes, pay is very low compared to the working hours, people are very divided as there are a lot of people working from the headquarters from Korea that don't speak English at all. Groups are divided between Koreans and other internationals and there is not a lot of social mixing. Benefits like travel compensation are also the minimal they can get away with. Every month since I left they have vacancies open for the same positions, which means that there are people leaving within a few months constantly, which personally I think says enough.
