Very low morale amongst all the departments (sales, shipping, assembly, engineering, accounting), poor working conditions (the whole place is dirty, especially the bathrooms, does not have a neutral smell, and management is too cheap to keep the building at a decent temperature), no 401k match or any other type of retirement plan, no tuition reimbursement, training is non-existent, nowhere to grow, people just going through the motions.
