Pros

I've worked at Mad Creative Agency collectively for 6+ years and owe a lot of my growth and success to my experience there. Since it's a smaller agency, there's a great deal of creative freedom that you won't find at a larger one. Day-to-day could be anywhere from developing a brand identity from scratch, to building a SaaS platform. This diversity in work and level of ownership will challenge and broaden your creative capabilities, quickly! The positions here are fully remote, with occasional in person meetups (if you'd like). They offer flexibility like no other, creating for a very healthy work/life balance. I'm usually not an advocate of the "work family" mentality, but here I just truly felt that. The CEO, Madeline, is incredibly thoughtful and caring. Through the ups and downs that an agency naturally experiences, her teams best interest was always top of mind. You can trust you're in great hands. If you're looking to collaborate with wonderful people, be hands on with great clients and accelerate your creative growth on all fronts, MCA is the place to do it!

Cons

No hand holding here. If you're looking to just "slide" by, keep looking.

Pros

Salary and work benefits were just ok.

Cons

Extremely toxic environment with employees in cliques. Did not foster career growth or healthy work relationships.
