1. An interesting team respecting and supporting self-development. 2. Ability to apply newly acquired skills and grow professionally. 3. Comfortable communication between internal teams and inside my working group. 4. Work on new products in small focused groups.
Cons
1. Difficulties in communication with some customers due to the difference in time zones. 2. Corporate discounts and nice bonuses like free lunches are unavailable to remote workers. 3. You cannot expect any fancy equipment purchased for a 'just because' reason though everything that you really need for work will be purchased by the company (i.e. some gadgets for testing). 4. If you are into a 'relaxed' work style, Mad Devs will throw you at a lot of projects.
