      - Remote-friendly - Good work processes - Communicative, friendly staff. - Beginners grow fastly. - Every half year whole company corporate parties (summer-sea, winter-ski).

      Cons

      - For Middle-Seniors rates lower than international (even within the area, compared to RU, UA, and even KZ) - Only a few holidays per year. No bonuses. No rates for overwork. - No help with Work / Life Balance.
