Teams can be better structured. Higher management support is low

They have clearly listened to the reviews and overhauled every department. We have new executives who actually listen and want to hear us and help us. HR has had a complete change - I actually walked into HRs office for the first time in 5 years and felt comfortable asking her a question and knowing Id get an honest answer. Processes are getting better

I want another all hands meeting, the smaller departmental meetings are fine but gathering as a group is beneficial.
