Pros
Small size team which allows for easy communication between all members. Work environment very friendly and inspiring, supports creative idea's to flow. Working hours are super flexible. Work is distributed between all members in a balanced and fair way. We get health incidence. As well as some benefits in accessing exclusive events which I think is a great opportunity for networking.
Cons
More employee's would be great so we can cover more projects that we have in mind. Parking is not very easy in the area.
