Among all the pros the best i can see is the amount of knowledge and grooming as a fresher I am getting working at my current company . The extensive current trend analysis as well as the updates of the fashion world is among the other pros of my current employment .

Among the long list of the cons the highest I would rate is the worst working environment with no proper management and no proper workspace , a dark dingy place with swirling negativity. Another con is the slogan " An employ is a labour " repeatedly seen in the behaviour of the owners of the company .

Its a complete western wear for females including accessories eg: belt. Footwear, Artificial Jewellary and purses. While working i learn a lot and working culture is very cool.

Nothing to say downside its growing day by day new stores are opening.
