Healthy, organic, convenient, and local. Good idea.
Cons
Leadership is the worst here. No one knows what their job is, or who they report to. It seems like there are always new faces in the office and whenever anyone shares their opinion they are silenced or scolded. Seems like 1 person has all the power. Scary environment where everyone fears for their job.
